Thoughts on Laminate
We went on vacation last week and stayed in a weekly rental apartment. The entire apartment had laminate floors. Except when thinking about using laminate for some of my rentals I barely even noticed and my wife who greatly enjoyed the apartment didn't say a word about the flooring. Granted the weather was fairly nice thus the floors weren't freezing.
I've been thinking pretty hard about putting laminate into some of my lower priced rentals, I'm curious if anybody has any serious negative feedback when then have all laminate floors in their rentals.
Thanks!

I don't have a problem with the look or feel of laminate my only scare is that if something leaks or the tenant spills something it may make the floors swell up. I like the vinyl plank flooring (Trafficmaster Allure) better because it has a similar look but it's much more durable
