What has been your best rental to date?

Just curious to see what has been the best rental you guys have bought to date?

For me, it's a $6,000 house I bought that was tenant occupied for $600/mo. Tenant pays all utilities including water, lawn maintenance and snow removal.

    That's a really good one.  I can't beat that.  My best house is one I bought for $23,000 and put $2,000 into it, and am getting $875/month rent.
