Inspections - How often do you schedule inspections
I call them Safety and Water Inspections, check all the smoke alarms and under every sink, this gets me a visual of pretty much the entire property. But my question is how often do you do inspections? Do you do them more often on some property types? More often on a 1 year lease or more often on a long term (2 or more year) lease. What's your strategy on inspections?
Yes I'm fishing for the broad scope so I can mix it all up and revise my own routine. Thanks in advance for commenting!
