Paint Recommendations?

What kind of paint do you use in the bedrooms of your rentals? I always used satin in my own home but am hesitant in the rental because I know it's not as easy to clean. Any recommendations?

It depends on the quality of rental, we do a lot of low income units and use semi gloss everywhere.  Simple to clean saving big money on changeovers as you dont have to paint as often and mainly just a wall or 2 max.  Use a standard color and save the paint code saving even more money as you can just touch up bad areas and will match perfectly.

For higher rehabs or my own house, flat on the ceiling and eggshell for walls.
