Hey BP, i recently had a tenant park a large 18ft boat in the driveway.  It's about 15ft tall and it sticks out in the neighborhood.  Does anybody think I should charge a fee for him to store this large boat on the property???......    Anybody charging rent for this currently?

The tenant rented the house and the associated property it is on. As long as he is legally parked (not sticking out in the sidewalk ect) and there are no HOA/municipal restrictions he is entitled to park his property there. If he filled the garage with boxes would you think about charging him for storage space...?
