question on mixed tenant credit scores, advice needed

We have 3 applicants one has great credit, one has decent credit and one is poor.

Approx 500, 600, 700 FICO scores.

Question is this:

Do you put only the good credit tenant on the lease so you can just recourse on the one with good credit in the event of default or do you go ahead and put all three on the lease?

Thanks!

Mark
