Howdy! I have two clients (tenants) who are looking for a place to rent:

Client A is a married couple with 2 kids (11 and 12 years old). Their credit scores are 600ish and 650ish, and their income is approximately 10k per month. They would like a 2 year lease on a 4 bedroom house in Missouri City or Sugar Land at $1500-1700/month.

Client B is a married couple with a 2 year old daughter. Their credit scores are 750ish, and their income is approximately $3000/month. They are looking for a 3 bedroom house in Pearland or Rosharon at $1500-$1600/month. They are preparing to open a pizza franchise in August, and intend to pay one full year's lease up front so they can focus on business expenses.

Both clients want a move-in date of August 1st. Any of you landlords in the Houston area have a house available towards the end of this month? Let me know!
