Two Landlords on Lease?
Hi BP folks,
We are developing a lease for our property now but wanted some quick advice. All accounts are in my name along with the online leasing system. My wife will be the one managing the rentals. Does she have to be on the lease as a landlord? Can we add in as: James and Kat Wright?
Or should I leave the lease landlord in my name and add a clause that she is allowed to respond to and manage the property? Am I overthinking this? :)
