They enter my unit on average once a month since I've moved in however I would never let them enter without myself being present. This last time they entered was to inspect the aeration system. Two maintenance guys came in for 3 minutes and left. This was when they supposedly saw two dogs. The month before that was for a general inspection of the unit by the main property management company however I saw them inspecting other units so I cant say I was being singled out.

My issue with her started when maintenance came in to fix my bathroom sink but did not fix it properly and it ended up leaking water onto all my belongings and ruining them (on Christmas morning no less). A few days later I asked the landlord to be reimbursed and she basically told me my belongings were cheap, policy does not cover me and I should replace them myself.

I will be moving out of this place as soon as I am able to.

No? Ridiculous. Renters should have some way to protect themselves against being harassed by fat bitter old women who have nothing better to do than harass people.

So I just spoke to the landlord and she said a week or two ago when maintenance came in for an inspection they said I had two dogs. I told her she was welcome to come in and look and she said she didnt need to do that.

Is it possible to sue a landlord for harassment? I am getting tired of her ******** and would like to know if I have any recourse agaisnt her constant badgering.

The leasing office is on premises and I would have walked in and asked but it was already closed. I plan to go in tomorrow morning and see what the issue is. Ill know more then. Thank You

Hello, I just received a 3 day "Notice to perform covenant or deliver possession of premises" from my landlord stating that I have an unauthorized pet. This is not true. The pet I have is the same pet I moved in with. In addition to that they took pictures of my pet before moving in and I paid a pet deposit plus pet rent. I followed all protocols and procedures for adding my pet to the lease.

Im not on the best terms with the landlord to begin with and I believe she is simply harassing me.

Any advice?
