I need help with an eviction.

I sold an house with owner carry in the past. The buyers stopped paying me for almost a year so I was forced to foreclose on the property. Now that I'm the legal owner how do I get them to move out? The property is near Pascagoula Ms. I live 13 hours from the property. If anyone could tell me exactly what to do that would help a lot.
