Background screening do you use maiden name or new legal name for newly wedded?

I need to screen a couple, and I was wondering for the wife, if they have been married less than a year, and she is now going by her husband's last name, do you use her maiden last name or husband's last name?

I do not see in my screening system to be able to put in Susan Smith aka Susan Jones. Are these online screening services smart enough to account for this or I really need to screen - and pay - twice?
