Should I keep or sell my 2 flat?

Debating on selling my 2 flat. When I look online, there’s not a lot of multi family properties on the market, but I don’t think I can list for more than 520k. Property is 4/2, 2000sq ft. Any insight would be greatly appreciated

Need more info and #'s. What's the current rent? What do you owe? What would you do with the equity? Where is the property located in Chicago? Often selling vs keeping is a personal choice. If you have a lot of equity and you can 1031 to reinvest it's a good idea. Doing this can increase your cashflow and portfolio. Or if the property is not performing well you can switch out the asset. If the property is in a good area, appreciating that'd be worth keeping for longer.
