Dealing with Eviction and Appeal
Hello all,
I am out of state investor that owns a property in the Pittsburgh area. I am going through the eviction of my tenant due to non-payment.
We had the judgment pay and stay from the judge, but the tenant submitted an emergency appeal to the judgment.
The tenant is required to pay to the escrow account with the court. So I am weighing my options on whether to keep going with eviction by involving an attorney or there could be alternative work around.
Anyone has deal with this situation ? . Please share your insight and experience .

@Nicholas L. is spot on. I have done several evictions on my own in the past simply to gain knowledge. While it was nice to learn, I ultimately realized that my time is much more valuable doing what I do best and it's better to pay for those who specialize in evictions. So do hire an attorney.
And yes, saya bisa bicara Bahasa....tapik sudah lupa banyak.

If they are already out of the property an it is vacant I would suggest letting it go. You can still put them in collections, you don't need a judgement to be put in collections.
If they are not out yet than you will need to continue with the process, with or without an attorney.
