Adam is an amazing person who truly cares about his clients even before you are engaged to work with him. He's very genuine and if you don't believe me, set up a chat with him and you'll realize it yourself.

Adam has been a pleasure to work with. He is reliable, extremely knowledgeable, and always available to assist with any issues that arise. As an out-of-town investor, we have relied on him as our eyes and ears on the project, and he has consistently kept us updated on progress. His willingness to help and attention to detail have been invaluable. I highly recommend him!

Amazing communication!
Adam has been taking videos of the progress of my new construction SFH since I am an out of state investor. He has gone above and beyond his duties as a property manager. I wish more property managers were had the work ethic and care for their clients as Adam has.

Being an out of state investors, it's extremely important to work with local property management company you can rely on and I'm so glad we found it. Adam has been keeping us up to date regarding our new build and although it's not going as fast as we would have liked, he's helping us anyway he can. He's reliable, and straight to the point and has been our eyes and ears in this project.

Bartomeo Property and Realty exceeded my expectations. Adam was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and so very patient with me and my 85-year-old father as we enlisted him to sell my father's home. Adam continuously went above and beyond the call to communicate during this process and took great care to ensure we had all of our ducks- in- a- row at closing. I highly recommend Adam and his team!

Bartomio is a great place to work. The associates are very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. And as much as I love working here, I know you would love to rent one of many rentals that Bartomio has.
