They are the best. I have dealt with a multitude of reality companies in the past. Their entire team in Cape Coral, Florida is undoubtedly the most knowledgeable, professional and hardest working team that I have ever seen. I have never had such a great experience moving into a new place! This company is absolutely amazing! From start the process, to actually moving in, they have been nothing but helpful. They respond immediately with any of your concerns and are always so friendly. Highly recommend checking out their properties if you’re looking to rent.

We rented a property from Bartomeo Property Management for 3 years and if we weren't relocating back to Ohio, we would still be renting through them. The portal was user friendly. When work orders were submitted, the issues were addressed the next morning. The maintenance staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The office staff was friendly and easy to work with. Even after Hurricane Ian, they were in the office addressing our needs and seeing how they could assist.

We decided to change management companies for our property in Florida over a year ago. It was one of the best decisions we have made since buying the property. As an out-of-town investor, we have relied on him as our eyes and ears on the project, and he has consistently kept us updated on progress.
