Milwaukee landlords by number of units

Interesting statistic. Out of 21,500 landlords (multiple LLCs = landlord network) 65% own only 1-2 units. A combined 92% own under 10 doors.

This is City of Milwaukee only, so about 600,000 population out of the 1.6 million for the Milwaukee metro area. The remaining 1 million have a higher percentage of owner occupancy and also higher median income. But there are still a ton of rental units among them.

I would assume that most of the Midwest (if not the country) has a similar ownership distribution.
