RUBS in a small 5 units mixed use property
I am considering implenting RUBS in a 5 unit mixed use building with 5 units.
There's a salon on the ground floor and 4 apartments at the top. I an planning to split the sewer, water and heat. Maybe do 2 parts for the salon and 1 part each for the residents for a total of 6 part split of the total utalities. This is in NJ. Thoughts?
