Water Bill overdue
I have a rental property that's located in an unincorporated area. The HOA has a third party that manages the utilities. The renters are responsible for the bills and have their own account for paying bills. I have a I have a renter that is past due on some bills. If the HOA/third party shuts of services due to non-payment is the landlord considered at fault?
