Pre-Qualification before viewing Rental Property

Hello All!

I wanted to get a feel of how many Landlords/Property Managers make prospective tenants fill out a pre-screening app prior to viewing the rental property. If this is something you do have you found it effective? Do you find that most people won’t feel it out? What’s your experience with it. Do you think it’s helped with landing better quality tenants?
