Can we terminate and not move forward with all parties?
Anyone have answer for this? Here’s the rundown.
Management will not accommodate our “term request” for the # of vehicles allowed at the property. Per our management agreement “they can approve leases etc, per terms provided by owner.”
Management said “ We are unable to accommodate your request. If you would like to self manage, please let me know so that I can introduce you to the tenants.”
We have signed NO lease yet. Management did collect security deposit. Approved Applicants are suppose to move in Friday.
Do you know if we have the right to terminate our agreement with management per ‘breach of contract’ AND tell them we want to take house off of market with them, not move forward with these tenants and to give security deposit back to tenants? Appreciate your time and input.

You haven't given us enough info. What is a term request? What are you asking the PM to do that they disagree with? Are you trying to cancel your agreement with PM? If so, you need to look for your contracts cancellation clause.
