Anyone have answer for this? Here’s the rundown.
Management will not accommodate our “term request” for the # of vehicles allowed at the property. Per our management agreement “they can approve leases etc, per terms provided by owner.”

Management said “ We are unable to accommodate your request. If you would like to self manage, please let me know so that I can introduce you to the tenants.”

We have signed NO lease yet. Management did collect security deposit. Approved Applicants are suppose to move in Friday.

Do you know if we have the right to terminate our agreement with management per ‘breach of contract’ AND tell them we want to take house off of market with them, not move forward with these tenants and to give security deposit back to tenants? Appreciate your time and input.

They have collected security deposit. That’s all they have done.

Thank you. The tenants are suppose to move in Friday. So at this point they need to  return the security deposit but that’s it. Do you think we are crazy to move on since we can’t agree to terms?

We manage 3 other properties so we know the process that is why we feel confident to do thei.

Thank you. This is good. I will probably do this.

Anyone have any good verbiage for a lease Addendum to allow a certain amount of vehicles on property?

do you all put this on your leases? Why or why not?

Right. But since we’re at the point where they are wanting us to sign, can we walk away if they don’t agree to our terms?

We have a management company that asked us what terms we want to add to addendum.

We sent them our terms. One being a max of 3 vehicles at the property.
they refused to put those terms. They don’t want to have anything added about vehicles. They said if it’s operating and current it can be there.

Our management agree says “per owners terms….”

so can we refuse to sign the lease?
