Who is both a property manager and a buyers agent?

I am looking (in the beginning stages) of buying property to rent.  My dream is a duplex or something similar (multi family type)  with a detached workshop/garage.  I want to have the detached building unit for my personal use while renting out the house/ houses duplex etc.  I don't have a  lot of money to start and would need a lower end price property, yet one that I could be sure the numbers worked.  I'd like to have a property manager both to keep my husband happy and to protect me for legalities and too much work etc.  Is there someone who would be both a property manager and a realtor who would help me analyze properties and determine the best one to buy in the the Northwest Georgia area....Rossville, Chickamauga, Flintstone or near by areas, and then continue on as the property manager.
