My landlord want to change my entire living room floor

Tina Lee
Posted

I am currently renting an luxury apartment from a Corp.

As landlord myself I never do any renovation while tenant live there unless is requested by tenant.

And my floor got damage just a very small part about 10% of the living room because of the water. I am ok with the damage floor I rather no going throught th entire floor changing process

As I am rejecting and rejecting they just keep pushing me by mentioning is danger for me to live on the damage floor I could injure myself if they didn’t change the entire floor.

What’s my right ?

Thank you

You may have rights I'm not a lawyer and don't know what state you are in. Do you really want to be so stubborn. Why do they need to do the job now? Can they do the job in one day?
