BP nation - I need some ideas for non-internet marketing... This is a transitional moment as we start rolling out the new B-C multis, finding the right tenants will be critical.

Trying yard signs for the first time & they have all the pluses and minuses noted in other postings here...

What else are all y'all having success with?

I also use Rentlinx. I had for rent signs made by signsonthecheap.com for around $10 each. The signs have my information and website on them. With so many people having smart phones these days, they can sit in front of the house, pull up my website, and get information and pictures right on their phone. I haven't started putting videos on youtube yet, but plan to.
