Miami Landlord multiple listing centralized platform

I am working on a platform that will connect Landlord’s, support services, and tenants.

We have landlords offering their properties, converting them from non performing short term rentals to long term and doing well. However, we need landlord input to improve the program.

For the landlords that had a bad experience: what would make you work with rental subsidy programs again?

Many of us starting in real estate look into section 8 and other rental subsidy programs but… please share any advice, suggestions etc.

Open to connect and discuss more.
