Tenants complaining because neighbors smoke marijuana outside

I just renovated a house 🏡, super cute. I moved in a beautiful family with 2 kids.

The neighbors next door are kind of rough and they smoke marijuana in the garden every night. It stinks and my tenants want to leave. I really don’t want to lose my tenants, they are adorable and I don’t know what to do 😭😭😭😭😭

I think the tenant should have a friendly chat with the neighbor. I can't see how this is the landlords responsibility unless they're smoking on your property. It's bound to happen as more and more state legalize it.
