Updated commercial lease needed

Hi.  I have a commercial lease that is going to end in 6M, and looking for an updated commercial lease (previous owner's lease).  Does BP have a commercial lease template?  I like their general apartment lease and hoping there is a commercial sample lease.  If not, can someone point me to another source that might have it? Thank you in advance for any feedback.
