Hey all!

Who does everybody use as a rental property management platform?  I'm looking for an easy, all-in-one spot to screen tenants, sign lease agreements, and collect rent payments.

Thanks a ton!

Eric

A bit more info on your specific situation will better help for advice because there is no 1 great "universal" solution for any and all.

Some are better for small portfolios, others for larger. Ones for more SFR and others for MFH. Than there is question of your "pain points", the functions that matter most to you. And your tech-savvy level.
