Payment types to receive rent from tenanra.

Hi all,

I am about have a new tenant move into my  unit in a duplex. What are good online websites or services/apps that would be good to collect rent? I know there’s venmo and zelle but those hit you with the fee. Unless if there is a way to collect it through these apps without the fee, I was looking to find alternative ways. I do not want to take check unless if I have to.

 Some options for you to consider: 

• Listing and leasing: Zillow, Tenant Turner, and others (I said “Others” as many platforms can no longer list on Zillow timely and effectively)
• PM software (lease and esign, rent collection, maintenance etc.): Azibo, Avail, Innago, Apartments.com, Hemlane, Turbotenant, Rentredi, Tenant Cloud, eRentpayment, Zillow
• Rental accounting tool: Azibo, Stessa, REIHub, Quickbooks (not specifically for rentals and pricier though)
• Rental banking: Azibo, Stessa
• move-in/move-out inspection: rentcheck
