Lease non renewal in Florida
Hi guys,
I have a tenant in Florida who is on a month-to-month lease and I texted her yesterday that the lease wont be renewed and she needs to leave by June 11th of 2023. The tenant was a good paying tenant, but we will be using the rental differently.
The tenant did not reply to me.
So I am thinking may be the next step would be for me to send her a certified letter by mail? What do you guys think?
