Creating a Lease for House Hack tenant
Hello! I am looking to create a lease for a tenant in my new Washington DC home. Where is the best place to go for a lease? Do I need to set this up through a LLC registered in DC as well? How do I make it a legally, enforceable document? Do I need to go through an attorney for this?
Thanks!
