Hello everyone, I bought a condo at tax foreclosure and It was in pretty bad condition. I fixed it nights and weekends and made it pretty nice. It took about 6 weeks and started listing it before it was done. I had 6 people lined up for it. That surprised me cause were talking two weeks before x-mas. The lady I choose had impeccable credit was really nice and she moved in a week ago today . This morning I got an email and looking for some feedback. Hi Eric, Did you ever have any problem with the man across the hall upstairs? He knocked on my door yesterday and said I should park only in a certain parking space. I replied that there are no assigned parking spaces and he said I should let them have the best spots because they were there first. He then grumbled sarcastically as he walked away that I was a real nice neighbor. I am concerned that he will cause problems. I also noticed the strong odor in the hallway from the day I first saw the apartment and I think it's coming from his apartment. Best regards, Debora Let me know what you guys think.
