NEW Lease Agreement
Can the Tenant change and initial NEW Lease Agreement with out Landlords approval? Should Landlord provide a New Lease Addendum?

If the tenant makes a change to the lease agreement and the landlord or PM countersigns, the landlord will be held responsible for carrying out the change. The landlord should have reviewed the agreement before countersigning. You can try to get them to sign an addendum, or resign the entire lease, but if they don't want to, they don't have to.
