Previous tenant influencing current tenant

Harita Konjeti
Posted

Previous tenant was given a 60 day notice and left after 30days in August. One of the searches found previous tenant to be staying very near to my property. Looks like he is influencing current tenant, as she texts me that she has someone to buy my house for cash next day. I never told current tenant that I will sell my house. Current tenant stopped paying rent and vacating by apr 10.  What options do I have?

"I am not planning to sell the property and you are obligated to fulfill the terms of your lease."

That's it. Then stay true to your word.
