Tenant I inherited turns out to be a fraud and been using stolen bank and cc to pay rent. When I finally realized, it was already 5 months in and the bank had already pulled the money back after a very long investigation. I filed eviction, won, he won't leave. Filed alias writ, still won't leave and even threatening me. I don't know what else to do... Lawyer I paid to get him out stop responding to email too.

please help me....
