A paying tenant turned into a non-paying tenant

Hi guys,

I had this woman who owns her own business, makes 100K per year rent my house. The rent is 3K.

She has been living there for one year,  always paid on time until this month.

She said there  was an issue in her business and she lost 5K so would it be ok if instead of Feb 1st she will pay me on feb 17th?

I said ok.

On Feb 17th she paid half via zelle and the other half she usually pays by check. I deposited the check but it bounced back.

So technically, she paid only half for February

Its time for the March payment on March 1st, so I am worried this will continue.

Would you evict her? (She is on a month-to-month lease, so getting her out should not be a problem)

Thank you
