Lease Agreement Privacy Concerns

Hi all, I searched around the internet and these forums for an answer to this for about an hour or so, and I couldn't find anything.

I am applying for a new credit card and I listed "rental income" as one of my sources of income. During my credit card application, the underwriter is asking for a copy of the lease agreement to confirm the monthly agreed upon amount. I am concerned about this being a breach of privacy of my tenants. I offered them a copy of invoices of the rental payments instead, but they insist on just the lease agreement.

I wonder about the legality of something like this. Does anyone know? Are there any places I can look? Am I overthinking this? Is it a normal thing to just hand out lease agreements to whoever asks for it? I just got my first rental property last year, so still learning the small things here and there.
