Hi all i was curious on what you think the going rental rate in the Murray Hill neighborhood in Jacksonville FL is?

Specifically for a 3/1 and 4/2.

Also, wouldn't mind hearing general thoughts on the neighborhood, Thanks!

Hello. I do investment properties in the Jacksonville area. I would say it is a good neighborhood to invest in. Average comps we run in that area are mid to high $200's. We literally have an investment property in Murray Jill as we speak. I cant speak for the 1% rule but at same time depending where you can get that.
