The "NAR" says Jacksonville is a top 10 choice for real estate investing for 2023. They based there projections on housing affordability, job, and population growth. Let's not forget about the low Taxes we have in Florida. I am a licensed real estate agent specializing in the investment sector. I have seen first hand that this statement is true. We have seen significant growth in the fix and flip, buy and hold, and rental portfolio strategies for our investors and they seem to yielding huge returns.

Another projection is Many real estate experts believe the next few months will be the best opportunity to get into the real estate market since the 2008 housing crash.

check this read out for anyone looking for Airbnb investments. Looks like Gainesville has made the list.  Don't let the Market scare you. There are still plenty of opportunities out there. The Jacksonville area is top 10 in cash buyers as well.

Hello. I do investment properties in the Jacksonville area. I would say it is a good neighborhood to invest in. Average comps we run in that area are mid to high $200's. We literally have an investment property in Murray Jill as we speak. I cant speak for the 1% rule but at same time depending where you can get that.
