What does everyone use to manage rentals?

Ex: BP suggest RentRedi.  Any other platforms people suggest to manage rent payments, background checks, etc for rentals?

Hey Breland,

There seems to a new property management software available every week!  I would utilize free trials and get the feel of a few to see what you like and don't like.  I just recently attended a seminar where they all were using a company called buildium.com, they liked the website's ability to run a small or large portfolio all from place.  I wish you the best on your journey!
