Bartlett New Hampshire

Hi

First post here. We have couple STR properties in beach locations, and looking to diversify into somewhere covering winter, lakes area etc..

we're in North mass, and looking at couple properties in bartlett/Glen area.

anyone have experience there ? Tried searching for airbnb regulations but hard to get clear answer.

option could be to rent out for 3/4 months in winter, also what are the local markets like for long term rentals if that had to be an option later ? Much demand ?

thanks !

Hi Neil,

As far as I know Bartlett is good at the moment but a few towns in that area are trying to restrict STRs at the moment. Im working with a few investors in that area that have run into this issue. A decision likely won’t be made until after the election in November.
Long term rentals are hard to come by around here due to demand, but definitely more so in the Lakes Region than the Mountains.
