Does anyone have any recommendations for a reliable property manager in Myrtle Beach, SC?

was wondering if they did restrict short term rentals then what would be the likelihood of being able to rent long term , is there much demand and how the LTR figures are there . Would have to cover our mortgage at least.

First post here. We have couple STR properties in beach locations,and looking to diversify into somewhere covering winter,lakes area etc..

we're in North mass,and looking at couple properties in bartlett/Glen area.

anyone have experience there ? Tried searching for airbnb regulations but hard to get clear answer.

option could be to rent out for 3/4 months in winter,also what are the local markets like for long term rentals if that had to be an option later ? Much demand ?
