Condo Rentals for Sale

Hello all,

I have an investor who is looking to unload up to 17 condo's in the Las Vegas area. All condo's are located in the same complex, mostly 2 bed 2 bath ranging from 1000-1200 square feet.  Most units are already rented to reliable tenants all on a month to month basis.
