Plumbing leaks keep repeating

Hi guys,

Ive been getting plumbing leaks every 2-3 years in one of my rental , that create mold and it cost me each time 3k or 10 K to fix and get rid of the mold.

What do you think about installing a leak alarm so to speak?

Something like this may be?

Moen Flo Smart Water Monitor 3/4-in to 1-1/4-in Indoor/Outdoor Smart Water Leak Detector with Automatic Shut-off Valve in the Water Leak Detectors department at Lowes.com

Does anybody know any info on these? Do they work?

Quote from @Mary Jay:

It would be even better to have a plumber investigate the house and determine why you keep having leaks because that's not normal. Are the pipes old? Made of a material that decays? Freezing? Tenant abuse?

A stitch in time saves nine.
