Hello all, 

I have a long-term tenant that's been with me for over 10 years. My wife is ill and I need to bring Family for support. What do you think is the best way of going about letting them know that I would need the place vacant.

Hello I am A new landlord that’s taking over a property with a pre-existing tenant. The tenant has recently purchase multiple bikes and chained it up in the front of the property it makes a place looks hideous. what do you think is the best approach to getting them to remove their personal property.
