Determining number of rental properties on a street

Can anybody tell me a way to determine how many rental properties and owner occupied properties are on a given street without having to guess by looking at the general upkeep of the property? Is there a website I can pull that data from? Thanks!

In our area, the only way I could think to do it would be to go to the local appraisal district's website and search by street. (e.g. tad.org) Look for owners whose address are different than the property address (or for a bunch of LLCs). Kind of time consuming because you've got to click the link for each address to see owner information. There may be other ways, I just don't know of them. Maybe someone else can chime in.
