Avg cost to paint.1,500 sq ft house in Philly Burbs

Have a 1,500 sq ft house that needs a paint job. Ceilings, trim, some minor wall repair on poor spacklijg jobs. Been hard getting painters out to give an estimate. The one I usually use quoted at $5,200. Curious what people are paying these days. Been about 5 years since I’ve had painting done. 

Just curious if those seems to be going rate for mid grade paint today. 

House is in Philly burns, vacant and floors are covered with old carpet that will be removed so no need to cover.

@Matt Daley I would think thats a fair price for the complete interior of a 1500 sqft home, I just got a quote for the interior and exterior of a 1000 sqft home for $3900 from a contractor of mine for an investor who just bought a flip down in Point Breeze. Are you doing any other rehab to the property?
