Evicting Divorced couple Tenant?
Hello im in contract at the moment to Purchase a property and was wondering would it be an issue to do a eviction?. So im buying a Home from someone who inherited the Property and is getting a divorce she no longer lives in the property and the property is in her name. But the Husband refuses to leave the property he never had a lease or was paying rent to begin with the property is not in hes name . So on the listing it says BUYER(S) ARE RESPONSABLE TO EVICT TENANT So how can my agent WORD it so i dont have any complications? thanks
