How do you enforce renter's insurance?
Hi All, what are some of the things landlord can do to make tenant purchase renter's insurance?
What can a landlord do if tenant refuses to purchase renter's insurance even though this is in the lease agreement?

Require tenants to secure the insurance and add you as additionally insured PRIOR to handing over keys. Have the requirement in your lease with clause that if they fail to keep the insurance, you can terminate their lease.
