Looking for example of lease w/language for pets+property/plants

We are putting in new landscaping for our rental property, and I'd like to have language in the lease that protects both my plants and the tenant's pets. The property is in Arizona, so we're avoiding anything prickly and trying to add only non-toxic plants to pets.

Does anyone have language around this that they'd be willing to share? I'd also be open to more generic language around pets and property.
