To allow people to take pictures and video, OR not?

I am curious about your operating procedures regarding allowing prospective tenants to take their own pictures and videos. I have always been amenable and allowed it. BUT, I have heard of these scammers using pictures of properties they don't own to defraud people, so, I am curious about others opinions

Fraudsters don't normally work for a living and would not take the time to visit a house for pictures. They only need one exterior shot, which they can find online or by driving by. I allow pics and video and have never had a problem. I do not allow pictures for an occupied rental.
